Atty. Vergara received her Bachelor of Laws Major in Political Science at the Ateneo de Manila University in 1997 and her Juris Doctor Degree at the Ateneo School of Law in 2001. Atty. Vergara was admitted to the Philipine Bar in 2002.
Atty. Mamañgun is the Managing Partner of the firm. Ms. Mamañgun received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines in 2001. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2002 and is a member of the UP Women Lawyer’s Circle.
Atty. Jamero received her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2002. Her pursuit for academic excellence was rewarded when she graduated with honors from the same prestigious university. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2003.

Atty. Vergara specializes in intra-corporate litigation, family law, estate proceedings, contract law, intellectual property law,
international and domestic adoption and international and domestic arbitration. Ms. Vergara also has extensive practice in
criminal fraud cases, labor and civil collection suits.
She is also a member of the Philippine Trial Lawyers Association and the
Philippine Constitutional Assembly
Atty. Mamañgun is the Managing Partner of the firm. Ms. Mamañgun received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the

Atty. Mamañgun has appeared and conducted oral arguments and trial proceedings before judicial,
quasi-judicial and administrative bodies such as the Municipal and Regional Trial Courts, the Court of Appeals,
the Department of Trade and Industry and the National Labor Relations Commission.
Atty. Jamero received her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2002. Her pursuit for academic excellence was rewarded when she graduated with honors from the same prestigious university. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2003.
Atty. Jamero is experienced in a wide range of corporate, tax, intellectual property and immigration legal services such as
incorporation, reoorganization and restructuring of corporations, filling and processing BIR Rulings, Application for Tax Credit Certificates/Refunds, Tax-Free Exchange and Zonal Revaluation with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, processing immigration issues
such as blacklisting and visa applications, assisting international clients in public biddings and appearing before the House of Representatives for the opposition of bills.
The practice of administrative law includes disputes before different administrative agencies such as the Department of Trade and Industry, the Intellectual Property Office, Civil Aeronautics Board, Housing Land Use and Regulatory Board, Energy Regulatory Board and the National Telecommunications Commission.
The Firm offers services relating to criminal law such as prosecution of criminal charges as private prosecutor or the counsel for the offended party, or as counsel for the accused.
The Firm is well versed in election law with experience in election disputes and election related matters, including representation of candidates in securing the counting and canvassing of votes. The Firm has conducted several seminars on automated elections in various parts of the country in preparation of the first-ever automated national and local elections in the year 2010.
The Firm’s practice in family law involves all aspects of persons, family and matrimonial relations. The Firm handles cases involving domestic and inter-country adoption, child custody and support, guardianship, property relations in marriage, legal separation and annulment of marriage.
